The problem is that until the patient literally asks the doctor about vitamin B-12 diagnostics, this appearance is just that, "appearance."

Go ask your doctor what percentage of patients are diagnosed for vitamin B-12.  Given Nurse Pacholok's clear testing there is every reason to run detailed diagnostics on every patient logic or not. This is not an isolated symptom caused by one missing element of health. It is many symptoms of many disorders that may have overlapping deficiencies that make clear diagnosis very difficult at best. Not providing accurate diagnostics would be found in any honest court to be an act of omission.
